Our Vision
- Individual Achievement
- Team Unity
- Competitive Excellence
This vision is the heart of the team, and serves as a focus and reference point for all our decisions but what does it mean for our members?
Personal Achievement:
We want our swimmers to grow in every way. Our team coaching helps develop core skills and stroke technique, as well as building stamina, speed and healthy fitness habits. We also emphasis life-skills, such as self-esteem, responsibility, goal setting, dedication, perseverance, focusing of drive and ambition, and good sportsmanship.
Team Unity:
It is at the heart of all great teams, and provides camaraderie and support to every member of the club from our youngest minnow to our oldest racer. We believe a unified, cohesive team can achieve anything!
Competitive Excellence:
Through our high quality program and coaching we strive to create the environment from which champions can grow.

Our year-round, progressive age-group program creates a unified team environment that focuses on personal achievement at each swimmer's highest level of ability, from stroke training to championship competition.
Coaching Staff:
All of our coaches, as members of USA Swimming and the American Swim Coaches Association, are held to the highest standard of ethics and integrity. They have access to the most comprehensive education and certification curriculum for coaches of any youth sport in the United States. Seals coaches provide a technique oriented, progressive training program, that allows swimmers to grow in character, physical development, and skill.
