SWIM TRAINING
INTRODUCTION TO COMPETITIVE SWIMMING: WHITE*
Swimmers must be at least 6 yrs of age and be able to:
• Listen and follow directions without being disruptive
• Be comfortable in the water
• Be able to jump in and get to the side
• Be able to blow bubbles underwater
• ‘Swim’ 10 yds any style
STROKE SCHOOL: BLUE
COMPETITIVE: BRONZE/SILVER/GOLD
MASTERS: (Endurance) Starts June 21st
ADULT: (Novice) Starts June 22nd
DRYLAND: Core Stability Starts June 23rd
Registration Begins: June 7th
8am to 4pm

· ONLY WALK-IN registrations will be excepted
· NO FAXED registrations will be accepted
· NO Drop Box registrations will be accepted
Please note:
All registrations are on a first come first serve basis. *Completed registration forms can be turned in by friends or family members.
*A completed registration form includes:
1. Complete registrant information
2. Signed waiver
3. Payment in Full - Payment can be made via cash, check, or VISA/MC/Discover.
4. Reduced Fee applicants or Payment plan Contracts are also due at time of registration. Your Reduced fee portion must be paid in full and/or a payment plan contract must be completed and on file at time of registration

INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED!
It is recommended that you register in person to eliminate confusion and the possibility of being turned away for an incomplete registration.
