Team Expectations:
Roles and Responsibilities

Coaches:
Be on the deck every day committed to providing swimmers with world class coaching and by doing so strive to continuously improve coaching methods in the areas of team management, stroke technique, physiology, and psychology to insure that swimmers have every advantage possible to reach their maximum potential. 
   
Swimmers:
To take full advantage of the privileges afforded those with access to a means of challenging ones mind, body and spirit to the fullest extent possible out of respect for self and those who would support such endeavors. 
 
Parents:
Support the Coaches and Board with a commitment to volunteer hours required as a club member, attend meetings and events, and cheerfully and positively encourage, not only their own swimmer, but all club swimmers in their endeavors to excel in the sport.

Board:
Support the coaches and swimmers with the development and expenditure of resources that backs up the mission in every way. The Board will strive to ensure that funds are available and processes, procedures and philosophical guidance is ever present to insure the success of the swimmers and coaching staff.
